【Definition of Weekdays and Holidays】

• Weekdays: Sunday-Friday
• Holiday: Saturday and consecutive holidays.
• Prices will be announced separately during the Spring Festival and summer vacations.

【Reservation Notice】

• Hotel reservations are handled in accordance with the regulations of the Tourism Bureau.
• Collecting deposit: 30% deposit of the room price in advance, (50% of the deposit should be paid in advance for consecutive holidays of more than three days).
  • Please transfer the deposit to the designated account within three days from the date of reservation.
  • Please indicate the reservation date, name and telephone number on the transfer receipt, and fax it to 049-2612130 to complete the reservation process.
  • If the deposit is not transferred on time or the transfer receipt is not faxed, the reserved room will be cancelled automatically.
• Cancellation or rescheduling: Please notify the hotel 14 days before the reservation date.
  • Cancellation on the day of accommodation or without notice: 100% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted.
  • Cancellation within 1 day before the stay: 80% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted from the room price.
  • Cancellation within 2-3 days before the stay: 70% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted from the room price.
  • Cancellation within 4-6 days before the stay: 60% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted from the room price.
  • Cancellation within 7-9 days before the stay: 50% of the prepaid deposit amount will be deducted from the room price.
  • Cancellation within 10-13 days before the stay: 30% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted from the room price.
  • Cancellation 14 days (including 14 days) before the date of stay: full refund.
• Return the deposit: You may pay the transfer fee by yourself.

【Precautions】

• The hotel's check-in time is after 15:00 pm, and the check-out time is before 11:00 am.
• Early check-in or late check-out: NT$300 per hour (up to two hours), more than 30 minutes will be charged as one hour.
• For those who have not paid the deposit, the room will be reserved until 15:00 pm on the same day. If you cannot arrive within the reserved time, please be sure to call and let us know so that the room can be reserved for you.
• If you cannot check in on the day of your reservation due to irresistible factors, please be sure to contact the hotel by phone, and the hotel can assist in returning the deposit or applying for an extension of stay.
